About me
I'm Friederike (Freddie) and I have nearly 20 years’ experience working as an executive assistant, project manager and office manager in Europe, Asia and New Zealand across several different industries. I’m a very organised and process driven person (I love writing lists) with great project management skills. I also hold the Diploma in Xero.
Originally from Germany, I have spent the last 20-odd years living and working in New Zealand, the UK, and Singapore. I am fluent in English and German. When not working, I love spending time with my family enjoying the New Zealand outdoors, as well as spending time cooking and baking (and perfecting my cake decorating skills 😊).
I started Little Heart VA because I believe I can make a big difference to SME’s both in New Zealand and the rest of the world.
Whether you need someone on an ad-hoc basis for a few hours, or regular help with admin, contracts, payroll, invoicing, projects, I can bring a touch of German efficiency to your business.
